Review: Extraction Following the success of both Avengers: Infinity War and Avengers: Endgame, Joe & Anthony Russo have produced a non-stop action thrill ride on Netflix. This. Is. Extraction. It's about a black ops mercenary named Tyler Rake (played by Chris Hemsworth) who's hired to save the kidnapped son of a incarcerated Indian crime boss in Bangladesh. The job becomes complicated when they're surrounded by weapons dealers, drug traffickers, soldiers and cops who work for the rival boss. With nothing to lose, Rake must protect the kid in an otherwise deadly and doomed mission in a murky underworld. Sam Hargrave, who is a stunt coordinator for the Marvel Cinematic Universe, directed this awesome and heart pounding action thriller, Chris Hemsworth gave arguably his best performance of his career and his character will be remembered for years to come and Rudhrasksh Jaiswal was really believable as Ovi, the kidnapped son. Review: The Willoughbys My fellow readers, for those of you stuck in quarantine, today I watched arguably the greatest animated film to ever come out on Netflix, The Willoughbys. Based on Lois Lowry's book of the same name, it tells the story of 4 children, Tim, Jane and two twins named Barnaby. (I'm not kidding, their both named Barnaby it's creepy but also so hilarious) living in a home with godawful who treat them like trash. While being punished and kicked out off their home, they see a travel agency and come up with a solution to get rid of their parents and become orphans. While they're home alone, a nanny, voiced by the always hilarious Maya Rudolph, comes into their lives and takes care of them and they see her as their forever caretaker, well, except Tim. But he eventually warms up to her. When the Department of Orphan Services arrives, the kids realize that they've made a mistake by sending them away and they must find them so that they won...

Why Roma should've won Best Picture at the Oscars instead of Green Book: Over the years, The Academy of Motion Pictures, Arts & Sciences has given awards for Best Picture to classic films like Rocky, Casablanca, Gone with the Wind, Ben-Hur, West Side Story, The Godfather Parts I & II, Annie Hall, Lawrence of Arabia, Platoon, Rain Man, Forrest Gump, Gladiator, No Country for Old Men and Titanic. Other classic films like GoodFellas, Saving Private Ryan, The Color Purple, Raging Bull, Fargo, Tootsie, The Social Network and Mary Poppins were robbed of their Best Picture awards. Why The Lion King(2019) is the worst Disney remake of all time: Santiago Brion Hello. Before I begin, I wanna say thank you to those who gave me positive feedback on my last blog post. It means a lot. Yesterday afternoon, I rewatched The Lion King remake hopefully to get my opinions changed about my first time seeing last summer. It didn't. I still hate it and hears why. After Walt Disney passed away from lung cancer in 1966 and before the release of The Jungle Book, the world-famous animation company was struggling without him and was losing money and was short on one particular animator named Don Bluth who would go on to own his own animation company. The studio made 8 films without Walt, most of them were underrated at best, particularly The Aristocats, The Rescuers, The Great Mouse Detective, Oliver & Company and The Black Cauldron. Review: Coffee & Kareem Santiago Brion This movie isn't your average buddy movie. It's a no holds bar, excessively hilarious wild ride with so much curse words that you can shake a stick at. I thought this child actor, Terrence Little Gardenhigh was so funny, this kid has a bright future ahead of him and I can't wait to see what he does next. I also really loved Ed Helms in this movie who was also funny and just because The Hangover is one of my favorite movies of all time and Betty Gilpin was so over-the-top, it's the first time I've seen her in anything.
