  Hello, Everybody! Today I'm going to talk about the new Pixar movie, Soul! Released on Disney+. It's rare that a major animated film releases on a streaming service especially a movie like Soul. This is the story of a black man living in New York City named Joe Gardner, who is a middle school band teacher who has a passion for jazz and he's very good at it and when gets the gig of a lifetime, he ends up in another realm to help someone find their passion, he soon discovers what it truly means to have soul. It stars Jamie Foxx, Tina Fey, Angela Bassett, Questlove, Phylicia Rashad, Richard Ayoade, David Diggs, Rachel House, Alice Braga and Graham Norton and is directed by Pete Doctor alongside Kemp Powers who made Monsters, Inc., Up and Inside Out.   Hello, Everybody! Today I'm finally reviewing Wonder Woman 1984! The sequel to the hit 2017 film, Wonder Woman and the eighth installment in the DC Extended Universe, has been delayed for over a year now and it was finally released simultaneously in theaters and on HBO Max. If you haven't seen either Wonder Woman or the sequel, SPOILER ALERT! WW84 sees the return of Diana Prince/Wonder Woman, the now iconic role played by Gal Gadot, the film also has the return of Steve Trevor, played by Chris Pine, Robin Wright as Antiope and Connie Nielsen as Hippolyta, the ruler of Themyscira and Diana's mother, WW84 also stars Kristen Wiig as Barbara Minerva/Cheetah and Pedro Pascal as Maxwell Lord and is directed by Patty Jenkins, who directed the first film.  Now, mind you, the last time we see Steve Trevor, he sacrificed himself during the events of 2017's Wonder Woman and appears decades later in someone else's body. Most of these movies are some of my favorites and I will sadly not include any Christmas Horror movies like Black Christmas because that'll be a list for another day.   Hello, Everybody! Today I'm going to be talking about Tenet! The movie that I have finally watched! After so much anticipation, I wanted to see it in theaters but I eventually didn't go see it and I have watched it on Apple TV with my parents 2 days ago.   Hello, Everybody. I just watched Ma Rainey's Black Bottom, a Netflix Original Movie based on August Wilson's play of the same that just came out today. It takes place in the 1920s Chicago in a recording room. As you can see from this poster above, this is the final performance of late actor Chadwick Boseman, who recently passed away on August 29th from a 4-year-battle with colon cancer. This review will also be a dedication to this wonderful actor who left us way too soon.  Hello, Everybody! Today I made a list of every movie from Warner Bros. Pictures coming to the streaming service, HBO Max. The announcement of WB's upcoming movies being released on HBO Max while also being released in theaters simultaneously has divided many moviegoers. For me personally, I think that this will lower every theaters' revenues and it's an effort to compete in the Streaming Wars and a lot of people think that it'll be safe to not go out to see a movie and risk getting COVID. Christopher Nolan has recently spoke out against this by calling HBO Max "the worst streaming service" and says that Warner Media has made a grave mistake with this decision. It stars Kristen Stewart, Mackenzie Davis, Dan Levy, Mary Holland, Aubrey Plaza, Alison Brie, Mary Steenburgen, Burl Mosesley, Jake McDorman and Victor Garber and it's written and directed by Clea DuVall, a veteran actress who appeared in 3 coming-of-age films: The Faculty, She's All That and But I'm a Cheerleader, which made DuVall an actress to look out for, and had supporting roles on Girl, Interrupted, Identity, 21 Grams, The Grudge, Zodiac and Argo and is DuVall's second feature after directing The Intervention, a comedy-drama about four couples on a weekend getaway only to be at an "intervention" on their marriage.  Happiest Season makes Clea DuVall a director to look out for in the years to come, it is also the first major LGBT Christmas movie directed by a lesbian director. Hey, Everybody! Today I made a list of sequels that didn't live it up to its predecessor. These movies were expected to live up to the previous movies and have failed in the process. These are the sequels that I personally did not like and some of them I thought were good, they just weren't better than the first movies. 11. The LEGO Movie 2: The Second Part 2014's The LEGO Movie was a HUGE financial success and is one of the best animated movies of the decade and it kickstarted a movie franchise! Both of The LEGO Movie and The LEGO Batman Movie were wonderful movies!
