Harry Potter cast: Where Are They Now?

Greetings, my fellow Potterheads! Today I made a list of what these talented people have been doing since the Harry Potter movies wrapped up 10 years ago. Now, I just want to flat-out say this, I do not condone J.K. Rowling's transphobia. My love for Harry Potter is very complicated and I have been wanting to make this list for quite sometime but I've always feared the backlash of my undying love for this franchise. I will say this, Fantastic Beasts sucks! I just wish J.K. can just let the world that she created alone, she doesn't get to have that anymore. Anyway, here's what the Hogwarts alumni have been up to. 48. Warwick Davis Warwick Davis is a great character actor, having appeared in Star Wars: The Phantom Menace and played the Ewoks in Return of the Jedi and is best known as the Leprechaun and is mostly for Ron Howard's Willow. After playing Professor Flitwick, he appeared in an episode of Doctor Who, appeared in two more Star Wars movies, The Force Awakens a

Every Harry Potter movie ranked

Image
Greetings, my fellow Potterheads, today I ranked all 8 Harry Potter movies from worst to best. These are ranked based on quality and faithfulness to the source material. First and foremost, I do not condone J.K. Rowling's actions, I think she's a complete nut job and should be evaluated. Her transphobia is poisoning us and it needs to be stopped. Fantastic Beasts will not be included because they don't sit well with me at all. Ok, folks. Wands at the ready and Lumos.  8. Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire This is by far the weakest Harry Potter movie of the series. I mean where do I even start?! The opening act feels rushed and you can immediately tell that things from the books were glossed over, which I understand at first, but why would you hype us up for a Quidditch match that we weren't even going to see?! Besides the weird continuity issues, it left off very important details from the books like the house elf, Winky who worked for the Crouch family and that Hermi

Worst Movies of 2020

Hey, Everybody! I've given you the best movies of 2020 and now I'm going to give you 2020's worst films! If I've missed one movie that you thought the was the worst, please comment below. It's very encouraged.  10. The Jesus Rolls Jesus Quintana was a memorable supporting character in The Big Lewbowski played by John Turturro. A spin-off movie about this character was the last thing that anyone needed! Not even the Coen Brothers were involved with this movie. It was unfunny, painfully long with a runtime of an 1hr and 40 min. and very offensive to native Italians! Why would you put Pete Davidson through this?! 9. The Last Thing He Wanted Following up the soul-crushing masterpiece that was Mudbound, Dee Rees directed a political thriller that was unfortunately misguided and very terrible. Based on true events, Anne Hathaway starred as a journalist who gets involved in her father's arms business during the 1984 President Election. Besides the misleading premise, t

Best Movies from Each Year: (2000-2020)

Hi, Everybody! Today I made a list of great movies, one from each year over the past 20 years. From 2000-2020. What do you think are the best movies of each year? Let me know in the comments down below.  2000: American Psycho Although Memento, Requiem for a Dream and Erin Brockovich were excellent, I had to go with the film with one of the most memorable protagonists in movie history. Patrick Bateman is an American socialite businessman with psychotic tendencies. Equally a satire on the upperclass, a dark comedy and an intense horror film, American Psycho is a fantastic showcase for actor Christian Bale. 2001: Donnie Darko The year 2001, was a great year for films, the world was introduced to Harry Potter, Dom Toretto, the Tenenbaums and Frodo Baggins. There was also Mulholland Drive, Spirited Away and Gosford Park. One film that stands out is Donnie Darko, a film that launched Jake Gyllenhaal's career. It became a cult classic after VHS sales went through the roof and has been the

Best Movies of 2021(so far):

Hi, guys! Today I made a list of the best movies that have so far come out and I've talked about them. However, I didn't include Zack Snyder's Justice League. Despite how great it was, it was more a director's cut than a movie. 10. Nobody A John Wick imitator was definitely something that surprised me this year. It's the story of a normal guy living in a suburban home with his wife and kids. Turns out he was a former assassin, and beats up a bunch of Russians while going home. It's always Russians. With an excellent performance from Bob Odenkirk, Nobody is its own movie with stellar action and Christopher Lloyd stealing the show.  9. I Care A Lot Rosamund Pike was excellent in Gone Girl as Amy Dunne, and she followed it up perfectly with her role as Marla Grayson in I Care A Lot. A dark comedy thriller directed by J Blakeson, it follows a woman who forcibly puts elderly women into nursing homes and steals their money. When she just so happens to put a woman in a

Review: Luca

Image
  Hello, Everybody! For I begin, today, June 18th, is my birthday and Pixar's Luca has just been released on Disney+ with no additional fee. Luca follows the story of a sea monster pre-teen in the Italian Riviera, who wishes to live on the surface rather than to tend to his farm. He then meets another sea monster named Alberto and is also an experienced human and both he and Luca dream to see the world by vespa and have the best summer ever.   The film stars Jacob Tremblay, Jack Dylan Grazer, Emma Berman, Marco Baricelli, Saviero Raimondo, Maya Rudolph, Jim Gaffigan, Sandy Martin, Marina Massironi, and Sacha Baron Cohen and is directed by Enrico Casarosa.  For starters, I REALLY loved this movie, I love every Pixar movie (except Cars 2, Brave and The Good Dinosaur) including Luca! It is very tough to live up to the absolute greatness that was Soul, which was built on the premise on what the meaning of life is. Luca's message is all about the meaning of friendship and acceptance
